Stables
- Spacious 14x12ft looseboxes come as standard
- Tack room, feed room, toilet/changing room, rug store
- Turnout provided all year round
- Mares and geldings are turned out separately in small, compatible groups
Grazing
- 80 acres of clean, well-maintained grazing. Lean paddocks with old grass and strip grazing for good doers
- A grassland maintenance plan is in place including topping, harrowing and rolling with appropriate weed control
- We prepare our own quality ragwort-free hay which is fed ad-lib in the fields in winter
- New, secure electric fencing
Arena and Showjumping
- Large 50x30m floodlit outdoor arena
- Full set of showjumps (plus some additional working hunter jumps) with a separate summer jumping paddock
Hacking in the surrounding area
- Great selection of hacking with off-road hacking on our own 100 acres as well as unlimited hacking around quiet country lanes
- For the more adventurous, the Buchan & Formartine Way is a half-hour hack away and Balmedie Beach is a short 15 minute journey in the trailer/horsebox
